Terms
The simple rules
Last updated 4 October 2026
In one minute
- Use Sapere to learn. Ask anything that is legal and decent.
- Answers can be wrong. Check the sources. Sapere doesn’t replace a doctor, lawyer or financial adviser.
- What you keep is yours, and you can delete it any time.
- No pornography, nothing illegal, and no attacking or overloading Sapere.
- If we ever charge for extras, you’ll see the price before you pay.
1Agreeing to these terms
By using Sapere (sapereengine.com and its apps) you agree to these terms and to our Privacy page. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Sapere.
2Who can use Sapere
You must be at least 13 years old. If you’re under the age of adulthood where you live, use Sapere with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
3About the answers
- Answers are written by AI from web pages. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong.
- The honesty mark (settled, debated, unknown) is our best guide, not a guarantee.
- Answers are for learning, not professional advice. For anything important, such as health, money, law or an exam, check the sources and ask a qualified person.
- Links go to websites we don’t control, and we aren’t responsible for what they say.
4Your account and your memory
- Keep your email or Google account safe. Anyone who can open it can sign in as you.
- What you keep belongs to you. You let us store it and show it back to you only so Sapere works.
- You can forget single items or delete everything at any time in My Mind.
5Fair use
Please don’t:
- try to get pornographic or sexual content, or anything illegal or meant to harm people;
- break, overload, copy at scale (scrape) or get around Sapere’s limits;
- resell Sapere’s answers as your own service;
- pretend to be someone else.
We may limit or close accounts that break these rules.
6Free and paid
Sapere is free to use, with fair limits on how much you can ask each day. If we add paid plans, the price and what you get will be shown clearly before you pay, and you’ll be able to cancel.
7Changes to Sapere
Sapere is new and growing. We may change, pause or stop features. If we ever close Sapere, we’ll try to tell you well before it happens.
8No guarantees
Sapere is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses caused by relying on an answer, or by Sapere being unavailable. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law.
9The law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
10Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we’ll update the date at the top. For big changes, we’ll tell you inside Sapere first.
